The prices, timeframes and service features published on this website apply exclusively to the scope and conditions specified for each service.
Additional requests, functionality not included in the selected service, technical circumstances identified during the initial assessment, licences and third-party services may result in additional costs or extended delivery times. Any such costs or changes will be communicated to the client before the additional work is carried out.
The scope of each engagement, the applicable fees and the relevant conditions are defined in the quotation or contract accepted by the client.
Website and Service Outcomes
WPixo designs, develops, redesigns, maintains and manages websites according to professional standards of clarity, usability, performance and reliability.
The effectiveness and results of a website also depend on factors outside WPixo’s direct control, including:
- the quality and consistency of the client’s content;
- market conditions;
- competition;
- business reputation;
- advertising and promotional investment;
- user behaviour;
- changes introduced by search engines, social networks and other external platforms.
Accordingly, the provision of a website or related service does not, by itself, guarantee specific commercial results, traffic levels, search-engine rankings, enquiries or sales.
Security, Performance and Service Continuity
Maintenance, software updates, backups, monitoring and security measures reduce technical risks, but no website or Internet-connected system can be considered completely immune from vulnerabilities, incompatibilities, malware, service interruptions or data loss.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, response times indicated for WPixo support services refer to the initial response or acknowledgement of a request during business days.

The frequencies indicated for updates, backups, monitoring and technical checks describe the activities included in the selected service.
The specific scope and any commitments expressly agreed in the accepted quotation or contract remain applicable.
Nature and Duration of Services
WPixo Check-up is a one-off service.
It ends when the agreed activities have been completed and the relevant service report has been delivered. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it does not include subsequent monitoring, recurring backups or ongoing support.
WPixo Care and WPixo Care+ are ongoing services.
The selected monthly or annual plan, service period, payment arrangements, renewal conditions and termination provisions are specified in the quotation or contract accepted by the client.
When the service ends, WPixo ceases to perform new recurring activities relating to updates, backups, monitoring and support.
WPixo Website Management is a customised ongoing service.
The included activities, monthly availability, priorities, response times and excluded work are defined in the relevant quotation.
Requests outside the agreed scope may be subject to a separate quotation.
Third-Party Services and Content
This website and websites developed or managed by WPixo may use hosting providers, domain registrars, themes, plugins, fonts, software libraries, analytics tools and other third-party products or services.
The availability, terms, pricing, updates, security practices and data-processing activities of those services are governed by their respective providers and policies.
WPixo does not control and is not responsible for interruptions, modifications, vulnerabilities, technical decisions or other circumstances attributable exclusively to third-party providers, although reasonable care is taken when selecting and configuring the solutions used.

The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and lawfulness of the materials and information supplied to or published through WPixo, as well as having all rights and authorisations required for their use.
This includes, where applicable:
- text and written content;
- photographs and other images;
- trademarks and logos;
- prices;
- promotional claims;
- information relating to the client’s business, products or services.
Unless expressly included in the agreed scope, WPixo does not provide legal, tax or regulatory advice and does not certify a client’s website as compliant with laws or regulations relating to:
- privacy and data protection;
- cookies and tracking technologies;
- e-commerce;
- accessibility;
- copyright and intellectual property;
- sector-specific regulatory requirements.
WPixo may provide technical assistance with implementing documents, banners, forms, settings and tools selected by the client or recommended by the client’s professional advisers.
Any templates, examples or general information provided by WPixo must be adapted to the client’s actual business activities, technologies, data-processing operations and applicable legal requirements.
Where appropriate, they should be reviewed by a suitably qualified professional.
Where a website targets users or customers in countries other than Italy, additional national or local requirements may apply. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, identifying those requirements remains the client’s responsibility.
Artificial Intelligence
WPixo may use artificial intelligence tools to support activities such as research, organisation, design, drafting and optimisation.
AI-assisted outputs are selected, reviewed and refined through professional human oversight before being incorporated into WPixo’s work.
The use of artificial intelligence tools does not replace communication with the client and does not involve automated decision-making concerning the client.
WPixo does not deliberately submit confidential materials or unnecessary personal data to publicly accessible artificial intelligence services.
Where applicable, WPixo takes into account transparency and other obligations relating to the professional use of artificial intelligence under applicable law, including requirements concerning certain AI-generated or AI-manipulated content.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphic elements, WPixo branding, original images and website structure available on wpixo.com are owned by Valerio Bellone or used under an appropriate licence.
